Contrast therapy using our sauna and cold plunge creates a powerful stress response that boosts circulation, reduces inflammation, and accelerates recovery. The heat exposure triggers beneficial hormetic stress while the cold immersion activates your body's natural healing mechanisms. Together, they optimize cardiovascular function and enhance metabolic efficiency.
Red light therapy (RLT) and halotherapy delivered together in a convenient 20-minute session. Seating up to 2 people, it's extremely time-efficient and unmatched in value — these two therapies alone often cost €30 each elsewhere, but at Recharge they're part of your membership. RLT is especially well-researched, with powerful effects on recovery, vitality, and overall health.
Add-on coaching is available for a monthly fee giving you more trainer support during the same GSX session. Personal training is different: it is a dedicated one-to-one session focused entirely on you.
Personal training is best for specific goals, extra accountability, injury considerations, technique work, or fully personalised programming.
Personal training at Recharge is members-only. Trainers operate independently, set their own rates and manage their own clients, giving you flexibility and choice while keeping every session tailored to your needs.
