Seating up to 2 people, it's extremely time-efficient and unmatched in value — these two therapies alone often cost €30 each elsewhere, but at Recharge they're part of your membership. Personal training.

Add-on coaching is available for a monthly fee giving you more trainer support during the same GSX session. Personal training is different: it is a dedicated one-to-one session focused entirely on you.

Personal training is best for specific goals, extra accountability, injury considerations, technique work, or fully personalised programming.

Personal training at Recharge is members-only. Trainers operate independently, set their own rates and manage their own clients, giving you flexibility and choice while keeping every session tailored to your needs.

Yes. The GSX structure makes training easier to follow, even if you are new to strength training. If you want more help with technique, weight selection or confidence, add-on coaching is available.
Add-on coaching gives you more trainer support during the same GSX session. It includes help with technique, weight selection, exercise adjustments and progression.
No. Add-on coaching is not personal training. A coach may support a small number of coached members during the same session. Personal training is available separately for one-to-one attention.
Yes, as long as you do not use stations or equipment that are reserved for booked GSX sessions. The dashboard shows which stations are booked, so members can see what is available.
Yes, exercises can often be adjusted around your ability, experience and limitations. If you have an injury, medical condition or major concern, we recommend checking with your doctor, physiotherapist or healthcare provider before starting.
Members can access Recharge using their phone once their membership is active. This allows convenient access to the building and gym outside normal staffed reception hours, subject to membership and booking access.
Yes. Day passes are available for the gym, the spa, or both together. This is a good option if you want to try Recharge before joining, or if you only visit occasionally.
Recharge is located in The Bureau Offices, Capel Building, Dublin city centre, close to Jervis and Four Courts Luas stops.
